This course provides an insight into the aviation industry and aims to develop your knowledge of airline operations and aviation operations on the ground.

Government funding is available to cover 100% of the costs of this course.

What will I do?:

You will study the following units.

• Unit 01 The aviation industry
• Unit 02 Aviation terminology
• Unit 03 Airport locational geography
• Unit 04 Customer service in aviation
• Unit 05 Teamwork in the aviation industry
• Unit 06 Preparation for entry to employment in the aviation industry

In addition, you will understand the importance of teamwork and will have the opportunity to start developing team-working skills. You’ll identify your personal skills, qualities, qualifications, and experience and relate them to potential job roles at the airport.
