This course develops your knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry and the running of events, from hotels, restaurants and bars to private events such as weddings.

There is a range of financial support that you may be entitle to, including: Learner Support funds, grants and bursaries and employer support.

Additional course costs of approx. £200 a year will apply. This will cover the cost of educational visits, guest speakers, text books and uniform.

* Units are external exams and the rest of the units are assessed internally by coursework.  Assessment includes both theory and practical skills.
