We are a collaborative network of further education colleges united by a shared commitment to advancing aviation education for young people. By working together, our goal is to provide learners across our institutions innovative teaching methods, up-to-date industry knowledge and practical training opportunities that prepare them for successful careers in aviation.

Our Mission

Our mission is to strengthen aviation courses through cooperation, knowledge exchange and shared resources. We believe that when colleges collaborate rather than operate in isolation, learners gain access to richer learning experiences and a stronger foundation for their future in the aviation sector.

What We Do

- Raise the profile of how FE contributes to aviation skills and workforce development.

- Share good practice and innovative approaches across colleges.

- Inform and influence curriculum development in aviation-related disciplines.

- Showcase the work already being undertaken by colleges to employers, government, and wider stakeholders.

- Encourage members to participate in or lead events that highlight and promote aviation-related skills development.

- Support and promote the use of Talentview as a principal platform to connect learners with career and job opportunities in industry.
